When you complete the Diploma: Specialized Multimedia / Animation Design you will have acquired knowledge of digital media and animation technologies. Upon graduation, you will understand how to apply aesthetic concepts and design techniques in the creation of interactive media design, 3D modeling and animation projects.
The program starts with an overview of the digital media field with introductory courses in web design (HTML/CSS) and video production (editing in FinalCut Pro®), enabling you to gain a full understanding of a platform in digital media field.
In the animation section of the Program you will study polygon modeling, UV mapping, texturing, logo animation, dynamics, character and face modeling and rigging.
You will qualify for entry-level positions requiring 3D animation, modeling, lighting, texturing, digital video post-production, web and graphic design.
