Design of the Week: Calamity of Heaven Book Cover

This beautiful book cover for, Calamity of Heaven written by Thaddaus Martin, was designed by Platt College graphic design student Ariel Reyes. This is a project she completed in her Term 2 Intro to Vector Graphics class, where students learn the ins and outs of using the program Adobe Illustrator.
Ariel was thrilled to be able to combine her love of reading with her love of design for this book cover illustration. We especially love the smaller details hidden in the neck and shoulders of the portrait.
