Vector Portrait Project by Platt College Student Shalice Stephens
This weeks featured Illustration project was designed by Platt College graphic design student, Shalice Stephens. In our Term 2 Adobe Illustrator class, students are asked to create a vector portrait of themselves or someone that they admire using a variety of techniques learned in class.
Shalice used her friend Taylor Blea as her muse for creating this beautiful portrait piece. We love the famous quotes she added to the background portion of the image as well. It helps convey some great reminders about society’s ideals of beauty and “fitting in”, which we all need a reminder of from time to time.
You can view more designs from Shalice through her Behance Portfolio!
