Mike Farin Takes 4th in Short Script Contest

FilmMakers Magazine and American Gem conducted their 3rd Annual Short Script Contest. With 978 entries, the Top 10 were announced and our own Mike Farin’s, “Steppin’ Out” took 4th place. Mike will receive $150, Final Draft software, a one-year subscription to Scr(i)pt magazine, and the Mike’s script will be read by FOX. The entire school community of Platt College San Diego is very proud of Mike Farin‘s achievement and we acknowledge the support and encouragement he received from his Digital Video Production instructor, Mr. Michael Goedecke. Last year, Platt College San Diego had two students reach the final 10 spots.
