Platt College San Diego Receives the “2004 School of Distinction” Award

Platt College San Diego was honored with the prestigious 2004 School of Distinction Award at the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology (ACCSCT) – Annual Business Meeting and Educational Symposium. This highly sought after award is for recognition of Platt College’s commitment to high standards of quality and dedication to career education. The award recognizes Platt College as ranking among the best career colleges in the nation. Platt College’s Dean of Education, Dr. Michael Smith, commented “This is a very significant honor for Platt College students, faculty and staff. It is an award that we share with our entire Platt College San Diego family.”

ACCSCT is a private, nonprofit, independent accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. As an accrediting agency, ACCSCT is responsible for assuring that its member institutions and their educational programs are capable of preparing students for their chosen careers.
