Join Us In Celebrating Our Graduating Class of Fall 2015
You’re invited to join us for a beautiful evening of celebration in honor of our most recent graduates from our Associate and Bachelor programs on Friday, October 16th at 7 PM. We will be hosting our fall 2015 graduation ceremony at the Joan B. Kroc Theatre located on University Ave.
If you’ve ever never been to one of our graduation ceremonies before, you are definitely in for a treat! At Platt College San Diego, our graduation’s are unlike any other you’ve gone to before.
Instead of the students anxiously awaiting their 5 seconds of glory when their name is called to receive their diploma, they are actually given the spotlight for a few minutes. We share with the audience some of their fond memories and thank yous to friends and family that made their wonderful achievement possible instead of rushing them off the stage.
For this particular occasion we are thrilled to have one of our multi talented graduates, Samara Zabala provide us with several musical performances for our guests. She also recently performed for us during our International Day of Peace Celebration. You can watch a short clip of that performance below.
We are also looking forward to an inspiring keynote speech from Platt College alumni, Jennifer Ruhman. She was featured in a recent alumni spotlight highlighting her success as an SEO expert and blogger extraordinaire earning her a feature in the New York Times! For an idea as to what inspired Jennifer to pursue her dreams by attending Platt, you can read a recent review about our school on her blog!
To top off the evening Platt graduate Georgeanna Clark, will provide us with some final words of wisdom for the graduating class during her graduate address speech. Georgeanna will be graduating with a Bachelors of Science degree from our 3D Animation program.
If for some reason you are unable to attend the ceremony in person, don’t worry! We provide a live stream of the celebration so long distance friends and family members can still join in on the ceremony.
On Twitter? Watch out for our hashtag #plattgrads as we share thank yous, memories and more from our graduates throughout the ceremony!
Congratulations to all of our upcoming graduates! We can’t wait to celebrate all of your success on October 16th!
